| SMS After-School Care Program Mrs.Susan Brenner,Program Director For those who register, after school care will be provided from 2:30-5:30pm at a cost of $12/child per day. On days with early dismissal (11:30am), the cost for after-care is $12/child. Children in the After-Care Program should bring play clothes as well as an afternoon snack (food/drink is not provided). Payment should be made by check for the entire week and sent to the office each Monday morning in an envelope labeled "After-School Care Program". Children need to be registered for the After-School Care Program. Click on the link below to download the registration form. Please return the completed form to the school office: After Care Registration Form If a registration form is not on file for a child staying for the After-School Care Program, then a note from the parent(s) must be provided. Children must be picked up no later than 5:30pm; those not picked up on time will be charged an additional $5.00. |
